Carrot and Curry Soup


Carrot and Curry Soup

1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup onions
2 cups carrots, thinly clived
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup long grain rice, uncooked
3 cups chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 cups milk

Sour cream or yoghurt and parsley to garnish.
